This policy applies to all employees, management, and contractors of Harviso (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd.

All employees and contractors are required to promptly disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest to Company management. Failure to disclose a conflict of interest may result in appropriate corrective action.

5. Management of Conflicts

Upon disclosure, the Company will review the situation and take appropriate steps to eliminate, mitigate, or manage the conflict of interest, including reassignment of duties where necessary.

Employees and contractors are expected to comply fully with this policy and conduct themselves in a manner that protects the Company's reputation and business integrity.

7. Policy Review

This policy may be reviewed and updated by the Company from time to time as required.
