Twelve Chinese apparel brands - Warsaw, Poland
The challenge
Trends Expo Poland draws professional buyers, distributors, and retail decision-makers from across Central and Eastern Europe - one of the most direct routes for Chinese apparel manufacturers to connect with European fashion buyers without the regulatory and distribution complexity of Western European markets.
Each brand offered a different manufacturing model - Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), Original Design Manufacturing (ODM), Original Brand Manufacturing (OBM), or Joint Design Manufacturing (JDM) - and needed to present those capabilities clearly to buyers who may not be familiar with the distinctions. Most had no prior presence in Europe, no established trade relationships in the Polish market, and no experience presenting to European buyers. The operational challenge was compounded by scale - twelve brands operating simultaneously in a single market none of them had entered before, each at a different stage of international readiness.
For the twelve brands Harviso brought to the event, Poland represented a first step into Europe: the group spanned outerwear specialists, menswear labels, and womenswear producers - covering jackets, ski suits, down jackets, coats, suits, trousers, and clothing accessories including labels, signage, and ribbons.

Well handed experience
Twelve Chinese apparel brands - spanning outerwear, menswear, womenswear, and clothing accessories, across OEM, ODM, OBM, and JDM manufacturing models - made their European market debut at Trends Expo 2025 in Poland from 26 to 28 August. All twelve were delivered to a consistent professional standard across stand presentation, brand materials, and on-site operations, despite significant variation in each brand's starting point, product category, and prior export experience.
