The challenge
Canton Fair’s clothing hall is one of the most competitive exhibition environments in the world - hundreds of brands, similar products, and buyers who move fast. For each of these six clients, the real risk was sameness: a generic booth that failed to communicate what made their brand worth stopping for.
At the same time, executing six simultaneous commissions - each requiring its own creative direction and on-site build - within Canton Fair’s compressed construction schedule left no margin for delays or rework. The challenge was not just to design six booths, but to give each brand a distinct presence on the floor while delivering all six to a consistent standard, on time.
